CANCELLATION
POLICY.
All bookings require a deposit
pre-paid at time of booking. Overnight stays
will require full payment.
7 days notice is the minimum
cancellation requirement.
If the appropriate notice is
given, full refund will be given, minus $40.00, which is deducted from
the original deposit for an administration fee.
If less than 7 days notice is
given there will be NO REFUND given.
Bookings made less than 7 days
prior to arrival will require full payment to be made to confirm a
booking. NO REFUND if you cancel.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
There will be NO REFUND given
to guests that elect to depart earlier than their original length of
stay.
There will be NO REFUND given
to guests that arrive later than their expected arrival date.
